1. when my beautiful man proposed to me of course.
2. when we found out we brought a much bigger honeymoon souvenir back than we planned/we are pregnant!
3. my sneaky sneaky husband hid emilie in my closet while i thought she was still living in france!
matty has this thing where he says "i have a surprise for you but you can't know yet"...it's not my favorite. i am most likely the least patient person alive sooo...
he did this for a couple days, always saying "wait for friday, just wait for friday" and then on wednesday he mentioned something about dinner being at home for us and i was soooo confused!!! but he kept throwing me off still saying "another night of pizza" cuz we got tons of free winder farm pizza (maybe the best frozen pizza ever) and i got all ticked "WHAT?! i didn't eat cuz you said something about dinner!!!" and we pull up to our home and the lights are off and there are no cars in sight. for crying out loud. he got me all excited for nothing!
BUT we go inside and he's in the bedroom and says "you can have your surprise now...". i got nervous and went in there. and he pointed at the closet and i was so confused ...."is there a person in there?"
i swung the door open and am so glad she was smart enough to record a video. you can't see a darn thing but my word you can hear the excitement!
i am sooo grateful for my adorable husband that kept it so quiet for so long and for my childhood travel buddy to be back, not just on american soil but living only 20 minutes from my home! Here are some favorite emilie moments of mine::
